Welcome to the home of the Indiana Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. Join us for quality training, networking events, and more from a dedicated group of fraud fighters working to detect and prevent insurance fraud.
If you are an SIU investigator or working in a role to identify and prevent insurance fraud in Indiana then join us. We work to ensure SIU Investigators and those fighting insurance fraud have opportunities to network and receive low cost training from some of the best trainers nationwide. We provide continuing education to help ensure you have the tools and training to detect and prevent insurance fraud.
The International Association of Special Investigations Units is an association designed to connect SIU investigators, law enforcement, attorneys and insurance professionals who detect and prevent insurance fraud to help combat insurance fraud worldwide.
Joining the Indiana Chapter of the IASIU allows you to connect with other insurance fraud fighters locally to network and attend training. Our chapter has virtual and in-person meetings throughout the year.
The IASIU has a number of certifications available for individuals to earn. The Certified Fraud Insurance Investigator (CIFI) program is an accrediting process for individuals with the specialized skills required to detect, investigate and deter insurance fraud.
The Certified Insurance Fraud Analyst (CIFA) program is an accrediting process that covers all topics that deem an analyst to be well rounded and versed in all aspect of fraud analysis.
The Certified Insurance Fraud Representative (CIFR) is designed to recognize those fraud awareness conscious claim representatives who are passionate about fraud detection and work closely with the SIU on a daily basis.
